Nia Baker has deep regard for the internet and all it has to offer, while remaining wary of the creeping totalitarianism embedded in so many of its systems. She believes the planet is asking something of us in this time of reckoning and inner–outer change. Through her projects and collaborations, she hopes the creative spaces between people can reverberate into new realities — ones more alive, humane, and free than the world we’re living in now.
